Terms of Use

These terms describe the basic rules for using Morse Trainer, including account behavior, acceptable use, service limitations, and site content expectations.

Last updated: July 21, 2026 · Public terms for using the Morse Trainer learning site and its account, sync, and tutorial features.

1. Scope

Morse Trainer is a browser-based Morse learning product that includes training tools, tutorial content, account features, progress sync, and leaderboard functions. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Educational purpose

The site is provided for learning, practice, and general informational use. Content is intended to support Morse training and related study topics, not to provide professional legal, medical, or safety advice.

3. Account responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not register with misleading information or attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to abuse the service, interfere with other users, scrape protected resources at harmful volume, bypass access controls, manipulate leaderboard results, distribute malware, or violate applicable law.

5. Enforcement and account restrictions

If abuse, leaderboard manipulation, account misuse, or harmful automated behavior is detected, the site may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the affected account or feature.

Where needed for service integrity, suspicious scores may be removed, leaderboard results may be reset, and related records may be reviewed before access is restored.

What happens when a score or account is reviewed

A review does not automatically mean misconduct was confirmed. In many cases it simply means the public result, sync pattern, or access behavior looked unusual enough that the site should pause, double-check, and avoid publishing a questionable leaderboard state while the record is examined.

During that process, some features may be temporarily limited, a score may disappear from the public ranking, or an account may be asked to sign in again before normal access resumes. The purpose is to protect service integrity, not to create hidden penalties for ordinary learners.

6. Content and intellectual property

Site layout, branding, training flows, and tutorial content may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may reference or share public pages, but you should not republish substantial site content as your own without permission.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep the site available and functional, but uptime, feature continuity, and data preservation cannot be guaranteed. Features may change, pause, or be removed as the service is maintained over time.

8. External services and advertising

The site may rely on third-party hosting, security, analytics, and advertising providers. If advertising such as Google AdSense is enabled, additional disclosures about cookies, consent, and ad behavior will be described on the site’s privacy and advertising pages.

9. Use by minors

If you are a minor under the laws that apply to you, please use the site with permission from a parent or guardian where required. Parents or guardians should review public pages such as the Privacy Policy and Help Center when account or data questions are involved.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or perfect accuracy in all tutorial or training materials.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, temporary outages, account issues, or reliance on public content.

What users should do before escalating a dispute

If you believe a score was removed in error, an account action was misunderstood, or a public page does not match what the product actually does, first collect the practical details: the page URL, account email, device or browser, approximate time, and the exact action that failed. That information makes review much faster than a message that only says something is broken.

Users should also read the public Help Center, FAQ, and Contact page before escalating a complaint. Many issues are resolved more quickly through those public support paths than through vague requests that do not describe the original problem clearly.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when product features, support flows, hosting arrangements, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a visible updated date so users can review the current public version.

13. Contact and support paths

If you have questions about these terms, contact 415417421@qq.com. For related details, see Privacy Policy, Editorial Policy, Advertising Disclosure, and Contact.

If your question is mainly about how the site works, account basics, or where to start learning, check the public Help Center and FAQ before sending email.
